You can register for the renewal discount by using the form below.

 
IF YOU RECEIVED A RENEWAL POSTCARD FROM THE MOORE H.S. DEFENSIVE DRIVING PROGRAM, YOU MAY RESERVE A SEAT BY FILLING OUT THE FORM BELOW. RENEWAL TUITION IS $45 PER PERSON. NON-RENEWALS MUST PAY $50 EACH.
